It checks its own math

A missing cost flags the month as “not final”. It is never counted as $0. When every check passes, the month is marked verified. Click the badge and it shows its work.

How secure is my data?

Very. Access is read-only and created inside your own accounts, so nothing can be changed from here. Keys are stored encrypted. You get your own private dashboard with its own database, and you can cut off access in one click. Full details: how your data is protected.

Do I need Shopify?

No. Stores connect Shopify and Meta in one click. Service businesses run on Google Sheets, CSV files, or typed-in numbers, with an optional pipeline view for leads and jobs. Pipeline money never counts as profit until it is earned.

What if my books are a mess right now?

That is normal, and it is fine. Connect what you have. The dashboard flags what is missing and never guesses. You fix things one at a time.
